School Picnic
The annual school picnic was held at Jordan Valley Park and the Jockey Club Tai Tong Holiday Camp. The school picnic is always a great day for students to engage in activities outside of the school environment, such as having a BBQ, riding bikes and using the climbing wall. Luckily the weather was great for our school picnic this year!

Baking Cookies
Linking the subject matter taught in the English workbooks to the real world is practical and fun for students. Our P2 classes have learned a procedural text type - a cookie recipe. Luckily, the students could enjoy the sweet cookies too, but only after identifying the ingredients and the verbs involved in the recipe.

I.T in the Classroom
The P3D class uses the Epic! app to supplement the guided reading lessons. The students are assigned certain books and then they are free to read independently by using the app. Epic! has a wide range of story types and caters towards all levels. The students enjoy progressing their reading, not only by using the story cards in class, but also by actively using technology available to them.
